FOR SIDE SLEEPERS — AND ANYONE PREGNANT
Dead arm at 3am. Sore hips by morning. Here's why and the one pillow that helps.
Whether you've always slept on your side or you've just been told to from 28 weeks, the problem is the same: nothing holds you in the position. The Contour does.
Your shoulder isn't a pillow.
On your side with nothing in front of you, your bottom shoulder carries your whole upper body and your top arm folds underneath or hangs off with nowhere to go. That's the dead arm you wake up shaking back to life
The Contour gives your top arm somewhere to rest. It drapes over the top curve, your shoulder stops taking all the weight, and you stop waking up to pins and needles.
Your top knee drags your hips out of line.
When your top knee drops forward onto the mattress, it pulls your pelvis with it. Eight hours twisted like that and your hip is the first thing you feel in the morning — especially when you're pregnant and carrying extra weight on one side.
The lower curve keeps your knees level, so your hips stay stacked instead of twisted. It's support, not magic but it's the difference between waking up sore and waking up.
The pregnancy pillow fortress doesn't work.
One pillow under your bump. One between your knees. One behind your back. One to hug. Every time you turn over, the whole thing collapses and you're rebuilding it half-asleep at 2am.
One connected shape does all of it arm on top, bump or front along the middle, knees on the bottom. When you roll over, it comes with you. Nothing to rebuild.
It fits a double bed. With your partner still in it.
The usual pregnancy fix is a giant U-shaped pillow. Then your partner ends up on the sofa and you're sleeping inside two metres of polyester.
The Contour is 105 cm about half the size. It stays on your side of the bed. Same support, no eviction.
Comfortable enough to actually stay on your side.
Side sleeping is what everyone recommends midwives, physios, every pregnancy leaflet. The hard part is staying there. If it's uncomfortable, you drift onto your back or your stomach within the hour.
The Contour makes the side position comfortable enough to stay in. Which is why so many people tell us they wake up in the same position they fell asleep in.

Before you decide
Straight answers.
Will it support me if I move around at night?
Yes — it's one connected shape, so when you roll over you pull it across with you. There's nothing to re-stack.
Is it too big for a shared bed?
No. At 105 cm it sits on your half of a double. It's about half the length of a U-shaped pregnancy pillow.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
Yes — top curve under your arm, middle under your bump, lower curve between your knees. UK guidance (Tommy's, NHS) is to go to sleep on your side from 28 weeks; most people start using the Contour in the second trimester so they're comfortable by then. It supports you; it doesn't replace your midwife's advice.
What if I don't like it?
Sleep on it for 30 nights. If it's not for you, contact us and we'll arrange the return and a full refund.
